Matt Tyler is President/CEO Vickers Engineering Inc. & Red Rabbit Automation LLC. Matt has been instrumental in building a world class team, diversified customer base, and an employee culture that has defined Vickers Engineering. A 1994 DePauw University graduate, Matt is also a current or past Board Director for Littleford Day Corporation of Florence KY, the Southwest Michigan Economic Growth Alliance, the Berrien County Manufacturers Council, the Tri-County Manufacturers Council, and the Lake Michigan College Capital Campaign. Since 2011, Matt has become a regular contributor for CNBC’s Street Signs, and has represented Vickers in various publications, including the Washington Post, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and Automotive News.
A contract machining supplier to mature industries such as automotive and oil & gas, Vickers Engineering has leveraged its adoption of automation to become a critical supplier to the likes of Toyota, Honda and FMC Technologies. In 2017, with the Vickers experience and talent base in mind, Tyler created a spin-off company, Red Rabbit Automation LLC. RRA is an automation integration company focusing on the manufacturing sector to provide solutions including robotics, in-line gauging and assembly.
